Applying for a visa to Japan requires submitting many documents, and the process can be very complex depending on the circumstances. At our school, our experienced staff thoroughly examine each student’s documents, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or issues even before the application process begins. We assure you that you will have our full support throughout your visa application process.

You can still apply for a visa even if there is a discrepancy in names on the documents. For example, if someone’s father's name on the school certificate differs from the name on the ID card, this usually isn’t an issue as long as you provide a clear explanation. Rest assured that we will explain the reason for the inconsistency in writing. If needed, we will submit additional supporting documents to ensure that your visa application is handled properly.

Typically, you can show parents, siblings, their spouses, grandparents, and even your parents' siblings as sponsors by submitting their bank statements. If you want to designate someone other than the relatives mentioned above as your sponsor, please discuss it with us.

At our school, in addition to traditional classes, we also conduct lessons using videos and animations. This makes the learning process visually engaging and enjoyable. Additionally, there will be online classes with a Japanese instructor once a week, which will help students acquire practical Japanese language skills through real-time communication.

You can reapply after thoroughly examining the reasons for your previous rejection and properly addressing them. This significantly increases your chances of success. We will monitor your documents and provide you with full support based on the situation. So please feel free to contact us. We are committed to providing the best assistance to resolve any issues with your documentation.
